Morrisons has issued a nationwide recall for selected packs of its Savers Cashews after concerns were raised that some products could contain small pieces of glass.
The recall applies to 125g packs of Morrisons Savers Cashews with best-before dates of 9 August 2026, 6 September 2026, 26 September 2026, 28 September 2026 and 9 October 2026.
The Food Standards Agency (FSA) has warned shoppers not to eat the nuts, describing the product as unsafe due to the possible contamination risk. Customers who have already purchased the affected cashews are being advised to return them to any Morrisons store for a full refund, even if they no longer have a receipt.
