develops software that uses AI to turn recorded workflows into editable training guides, including written instructions, visual annotations, transcripts and voice narration in more than 40 languages. The company will use the funding for product development, hiring and expansion into the UK, wider Europe and the US.
Companies burn huge amounts of time and money on the repetitive, low-value work of creating extensive training materials for various software programs and workplace functions, only for employees to avoid this documentation altogether and request help from colleagues or raise support tickets. Addressing specific questions and keeping the knowledge base updated is repetitive, costly, and needlessly cumbersome for everyone involved. The largely untapped market encompassing training, knowledge management, and AI-driven workflow automation is predicted to be worth over $21.5 billion by 2031, yet lacks a centralized, modern way to capture workflows, audit them, and surface inefficiencies.
