Aeon has closed a seed extension taking its total seed funding above $14 million and acquired the core assets of Germany’s Aware Health.
The deal pairs Aeon’s whole-body MRI screening with Aware’s recurring blood diagnostics to build a longitudinal health record for customers.
Aware previously raised $15 million in its own 2022 seed round, before being folded into Aeon’s German expansion.
Preventive healthcare has a data problem: most check-ups are a snapshot, not a picture that evolves over time. Zurich-based
wants to change that. The company has closed a seed extension and acquired the core assets of Germany’s Aware Health, taking its total seed funding past $14 million.
The extension was co-led by
Araya Ventures
, with existing investors Concentric, GoHub Ventures, Kadmos Capital, Calm/Storm Ventures, N&V Capital and Bigwave Capital also participating. It builds on the €8.2 million seed round Aeon raised in June 2025.
Aeon was founded in 2023 by
Tim Seithe
, a physician who previously built and sold Tillhub to KKR-owned Unzer, alongside chief product officer Samuel Frey. The company combines whole-body MRI with blood diagnostics and AI, and has been live in Germany since early 2026 — already its fastest-growing market. The Aware acquisition adds recurring testing and established diagnostics infrastructure to that model.
